Previewing the Miami Dolphins vs Kansas City Chiefs Matchup in Germany

The Patriots game showed more than anything that Belichick is still Belichick. While Miami still won the game, it was…

I’m not going to talk about the refs, I’m not going to talk about the refs, I’m not going to talk about the refs. Ok, now that is out of my system let’s get to what we learned from that game. The 1st, if there was any doubt, is that yes, the Miami Dolphins can compete against good football teams. Like the Bills game, the Eagles game was closer than the score showed, however, you only get so many times to say “at least it was close.”

After starting off slow, your regularly schedule program started and didn’t stop until the game ended against the panthers. Quite honestly there’s not too much to say about the Dolphins last week matchup against the Panthers, outside of the fact they came out playing very conservative and were punished for it. When looking at this upcoming matchup it’s more important to look at the opponent, being the Eagles.

The Giants game came and went very different than the Bills game. Miami got the lead early and never really had much of a threat to lose it. That isn’t to say the game went along perfectly, but a win nonetheless. While there are some takeaways to learn from the Giants game, there’s more to gain from reviewing the upcoming opponents (Carolina Panthers) previous games film.

LAST WEEK’S GAME AGAINST THE BILLS WAS UNFORTUNATE, HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT HERALD THE END OF THE OFFENSIVE DOMINANCE WE’VE SEEN FROM THE DOLPHINS. WHILE THERE ARE SOME KEY TAKEAWAYS TO LEARN FROM BASED ON HOW THE BILLS ATTACKED THE MIAMI OFFENSE, A LARGE PORTION OF THAT LOSS (AT LEAST OFFENSIVELY) CAME DOWN TO THINGS UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN VERY OFTEN, REGARDLESS OF OPPONENT.
